Change in the Management of the company Synthesia, a.s.

On the date 31st March 2013 Mr. Daniel Kurucz  MBA ended, by mutual agreement, his employment in the company Synthesia a.s. as well as in the Agrofert Holding.

As the Chairman of the Board of Synthesia a.s. was appointed Mr. Jan Stoklasa, with effect from 1st April 2013 and at the same time Mr. Josef Liška was appointed as the Managing Director of Synthesia a.s., with effect from 1st April 2013 likewise.
We would like to thank Mr. Daniel Kurucz for the work he has done and we wish every success to the new Managing Director.
