Ownership structure

The AGROFERT, a.s. company (ID. NO: 26185610) is 100% shareholder of Synthesia company. The AGROFERT Company was established in January 1993 and was on the 4th place most important among the TOP 100 czech companies in 2021.

 
Agrofert group forms over 200 companies that caring businesses in agriculture, grocery, chemistry, food production, forestry and media. The Agrofert group is the biggest group in czech agriculture and the second biggest in Czech chemistry by its turnover. The annual group turnover in 2022 was 6 bilion EUR. Group employs more than 32,000 emplyees, which makes it the largest private employer in the Czech Republic.

Synthesia is a part of AGROFERT and its chemistry division. These parts of the division are companies focusing on export. Thanks to this synergistic cooperation in term of holding, these companies are able to offer products and services to all markets in a given branch.
