As regards the actual situation in RM we feel ourselves obliged to inform you about possible development and consequence which we can face in upcoming period.With respect to one of further serious accidents which happened lately in the Yancheng zone, Jiangsu Province, it was decided by the Chinese authorities to stop immediately all the local productions of fundamental raw materials and chemicals which starts to have very dramatic influence on their availabilities and prices.
