General situation in dyestuffs and pigments raw materials on Chinese market
Dear Business Partners,
As regards the actual situation in RM we feel ourselves obliged to inform you about possible development and consequence which we can face in upcoming period.
With respect to one of further serious accidents which happened lately in the Yancheng zone, Jiangsu Province, it was decided by the Chinese authorities to stop immediately all the local productions of fundamental raw materials and chemicals which starts to have very dramatic influence on their availabilities and prices.
We are very sorry to announce that with respect to current very turbulent situation on RM market it might happen that our production of some organic dyes and pigments will be reduced in the near future just because of very problematic availability of basic RM and it will affect both availability and price of final goods relating to massive increase of corresponding RM. For the reason of this force majeure all the confirmed orders should be individually re-evaluated and discussed.
In despite of all these difficulties we would like to make you sure that Synthesia, a.s. will do its utmost to respect existing engagements and to find the feasible solution to minimize possible inconveniences to its commercial partners and normalize the situation.
