Properties:

Biocompatible, biodegradable and bioresorbable material with hemostatic properties. It is bacteriostatic. It degrades in human body to non toxic metabolites.  

Application:

OKCEL® H-L is a basic material for preparation of wound care materials or a component in pharmaceutical preparations (inert ingredient: carrier of active substances, tablet desintegrant etc.). By choosing proper technology of oxidation and cellulosic material, it is possible to tailor the properties of Okcel® H-L according to customer requirements. These materials are suitable for various applications.
